I am an Associate Broker with Ulrich
Realtors. I have worked with rental
properties and lease option contracts for
the past 5 years. I have executed over 200
lease option contracts and actively manage
about 70 homes.
The biggest problem I have found with
listing lease options is that it is
difficult to communicate available homes
with other agents. The MLS does not provide
the proper format to explain terms to other
agents.
